چکیده
Various grafting materials are utilised to facilitate regeneration. There is currently a paradigm shift towards applying poly lactic-co-glycolic acid (PLGA), which regarded as an excellent scaffold for tissue engineering. Concentrated growth factor (CGF) has also been reported promote wound healing. Nevertheless, the role of PLGA microspheres substitute bone graft material with CGF in regeneration remains unclear. This study was designed evaluate effect on formation and expression alkaline phosphatase (ALP) following socket preservation. were prepared using double solvent evaporation method observed under scanning electron microscopy (SEM). A 6 mL rabbit’s blood collected from marginal ear vein centrifuged obtain CGF. Blood ALP assessment 24 New Zealand White (NZW) male rabbits subjected first upper left premolar extraction. Sockets filled CGF, PLGA, CGF+PLGA or empty microscopic computed tomography (micro-CT) at four weeks eight weeks. The SEM image revealed spherical shape interconnected pores surface particles. Repeated measures ANOVA used time treatment (p < 0.05) significant differences width, height, volume, volume fraction CGF+PLGA. Both have potential alternative this could serve ideal benchmark future investigations enhancement.

Poly(lactic-co-glycolic acid) (PLGA) and/or poly(lactic-acid) (PLA) microspheres are important drug delivery systems. This study investigated eye biocompatibility and safety of PLGA/PLA microspheres through intravitreal injection in rabbits. Normal New Zealand rabbits were randomly selected and received intravitreal administration of different doses (low, medium, or high) of PLGA/PLA microspher...
